A baby bed and high chair are available upon request from the office against a deposit. Pets are permitted but must be reported to the landlord prior to arrival. The tourist tax is calculated separately and is settled directly on-site with the landlord, applying to all persons aged 16 and over at a rate of CHF 4.50 per night, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt. Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, though a processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the arrival date, the tenant holds the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed acceptable and solvent by the landlord. The replacement tenant assumes the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the replacement tenant bear joint liability for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays being processed on the next working day. In the event of early termination of the lease, the full rental amount remains payable.

There are two bathrooms in total, with the second bathroom having a toilet and a bathtub. The flat also includes a living area combined with a dining and kitchen area, as well as a balcony.

Cancellation policies apply, with cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival being free of charge, except for a handling fee of CHF 100.00. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both you and the substitute tenant will be jointly and severally liable for the rent. In case of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.
