On the ground floor, a large living and dining room forms the heart of the home, furnished with a dining table and offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to it, a small yet well-equipped kitchen connects via a practical hatch. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto the balcony. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is a small children's room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Throughout the property, warm wooden floors add a sense of character and comfort. The house was partly renovated in 2022 and is presented with practical and cosy furnishings.
