Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 100 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with WC. A separate WC is also available on this level. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the ground floor layout and serves as a functional hub for the household.

On the upper floor, you will discover 2 additional bedrooms, both characterized by sloping ceilings that add to the property's rustic charm. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second features 3 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. These 2 rooms are interconnecting. A shower room and a separate WC serve the upper floor. Please be aware that the bath adjoining the bedroom is a hip bath. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations exist than the stated maximum occupancy, the limit of 7 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
