This elegant vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 50 m2 situated on the first floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From this space, you have direct access to a south-east facing balcony of 7 m2, where beautiful views of the sea can be enjoyed. The first bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a more spacious french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes a mini-oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Senseo capsules available as an extra. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during warmer months, while electric heating keeps the space warm when temperatures drop. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
