On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious and bright lounge area furnished in a very modern yet cosy style, complete with a dining table and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first ground floor bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own shower/WC en suite, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to offer a variety of sleeping configurations. The first upper floor bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from access to the terrace. The second upper floor bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 195 cm in length.
