The living and dining area is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable resting space within the main room. A dedicated sleeping alcove, located without a window, houses 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing an additional private resting area within the open-plan configuration. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are situated in open-plan spaces such as the alcove described above. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The studio opens onto a small balcony of 6 m2, accessible both from the living area and the kitchen, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a partial view of the sea, the garden, and the countryside.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere during warmer months, while electric heating is also available to keep the space warm during cooler periods.
