The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private hand-basin along with a shower and WC, with direct access to the garden. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto the terrace. A separate shower room and an independent WC serve the remaining areas of the ground floor. The kitchen is situated on this level and connects to the living spaces in a practical and functional layout. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accessible via a steep staircase. A further room on this floor features sloping ceilings, a low door height of 170 cm, and a ceiling height ranging from 100 to 200 cm, and contains 2 additional beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
