The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The villa comes with a bath/shower, a separate shower, and two separate toilets. Heating is available for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a 60-square-meter roofed terrace with a south-facing position and an east-facing position, as well as an additional 50-square-meter terrace with a south-facing and east-facing position.
