During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including a balcony of 9 square meters with a south-east facing position, a terrace of 9 square meters also south-east facing, and a patio spanning 5 square meters. Terrace furniture is provided for your convenience. Additionally, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the countryside. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
