The kitchen provides access to the garden. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor.

The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), an open-hearth fireplace, and a flat-screen television. There is also a spacious living room on this level. The property offers terrace furniture and deck chairs (2) for outdoor seating. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
