You will be staying in a spacious 3-room apartment spanning 108 square meters, located on the 1st floor with a south-facing position. The living/dining area is bathed in natural light and features modern, beautiful furnishings, a cable TV, and a flat-screen television. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers both south-facing and west-facing views. The sleeping quarters consist of one room with a 90cm wide bed (length 200cm), another room with a 160cm wide French bed (length 200cm), and a third room also with a 160cm wide French bed (length 200cm). The second bedroom also provides access to the west-facing balcony.

The apartment is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. The open kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese). There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. The property features underfloor heating and a combination of parquet and natural stone flooring. You can enjoy your meals on the balcony, thanks to the provided balcony furniture, while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and the iconic Eiger. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
