The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with 2 hot plates, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also includes a dining table with its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes this floor.

The villa offers 6 bedrooms in total, each featuring 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, individual air conditioning, and forced-air heating. 5 of the bedrooms are served by a shower and WC, while 1 bedroom benefits from a hip bath and WC.
