The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests, along with direct access to the west-facing balcony. The dedicated bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the west-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and a selection of appliances, creating a fully functional space for meal preparation and dining. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The west-facing balcony extends to 7 m2, is furnished with balcony furniture, and offers a partial view of the sea.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this house rule must be respected throughout the duration of the stay. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for the safety of all guests. It is important to note that the building is not served by a lift, and access to the 3rd floor is therefore via the staircase. A dedicated parking space numbered 223 is available for 1 car. WiFi internet access is available at an extra charge.
