Situated on the 1st floor with a south-east facing orientation, the property is filled with natural light and benefits from a spacious, bright atmosphere enhanced by high-quality, comfortable furnishings.

On the main level, a generous living and dining room of 45 m2 serves as the heart of the home, featuring a flat screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to a large 40 m2 terrace that enjoys both south and east facing exposures and offers a scenic view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by its own air conditioning unit. The bathroom on this level includes a bath and WC, complemented by a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are situated beneath charming sloping ceilings, each featuring a rooflight that enhances the sense of space and brings in natural light. The first of these rooms contains a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
