The villa, which was fully renovated in 2023, is situated on a sprawling property surrounded by lush meadows and fields. It is conveniently located just 4 kilometers from the center of Gambassi Terme, 15 kilometers from Certaldo, and 20 kilometers from San Gimignano. The villa boasts a serene and quiet atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The villa features a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden that spans 1,000 square meters and is fully fenced. The garden includes a wildlife garden, lawn, and a stunning swimming pool that is fenced and measures 4 x 12 meters. The swimming pool is available seasonally from April 29th to October 14th. In addition to the pool, there is also an outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue for guests to enjoy. The owner/gardener provides pool maintenance, linen changes, and towel changes weekly. For those who prefer to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a cook can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Guests can also take advantage of the pre-arrival grocery service.

Access to the villa is through a 100-meter long motor access road that is not paved. However, there is ample parking available on the premises, and the villa is equipped with electric gates for added security. The villa is suitable for events and offers guests the opportunity to book cooking courses on request. The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to explore nearby attractions such as Volterra, Florence, Pisa, and Siena. Interior Description

Villa Oliva is an 8-room villa that covers an area of 200 square meters and is spread over two levels. It is a beautifully renovated property and was fully refurbished in the year 2023. The villa has been tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable stay to its guests.

The entrance hall leads to an open living room that has an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living room has air conditioning and opens to the garden. There is also an open dining room that has air conditioning and opens to the garden and the loggia.

The ground floor also has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC. The other bedroom has two single beds (85 cm x 193 cm), air conditioning, and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC. Both bedrooms open to the garden.

The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

Moving to the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC. This bedroom opens to the balcony. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each (90 cm x 200 cm), air conditioning, and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC.

The villa has both heating and air-conditioning systems. The floors are made of parquet and natural stone. There is a large, roofed terrace, a patio, and terrace furniture, including a barbecue and deck chairs. The villa also has a box-room for storage. The villa offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the countryside.

The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, and logs (extra).
