A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the ground floor layout and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC.
