The living/dining room features a double sofa bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, and a TV (flat screen). It has an exit leading to the garden and terrace. There is one room with a double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV (flat screen), as well as another room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The property is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided. Additionally, it offers a shower, separate toilet, heating, and air conditioning. Outside, you will find a 11 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 4 deck chairs.
