- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The property was as id wanted. Very clean and the owners had small children in mind with equipment for them. Remember to empty the bottles of water on the balcony when air con is on. The bedroom with the bunk bed was very hot at night but it’s Spain in the mid of summer.I will definitely be looking to stay there again. Thank you so much
