The open kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level. The balcony measures 12 m2, while the large terrace measures 80 m2 and is roofed.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
