You will be staying in a 5-room villa that covers an area of 140 square meters. The open large living room features a dining table and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable and modern ambiance. The living room leads out to a terrace and a swimming pool. The villa comprises two rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a bathroom and a hand basin. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed of the same dimensions and another room featuring a slightly smaller French bed, measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length.

The villa is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. The open kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, including four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The villa also offers electric heating and air conditioning for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy the 50 square meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area. The villa also provides a washing machine and a hair dryer for your use. Internet access is available via WiFi, and reserved parking is available at the house.
Other Information
The villa offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children, and it is a non-smoking environment. However, one small pet or dog is allowed.
