The apartment on the 1st floor is a non-smoking property and does not have a lift. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of 2 separable beds, measuring 180 cm in width in total. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, and the open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. 1 private parking space is provided in front of the house at no additional charge. Guests also have access to a shared ski and bike room as well as a communal laundry room located in house A of the superstructure. Dogs are warmly welcomed, with a surcharge of CHF 10 per night applying. A cot, cot linen, and a high chair are available on request at no additional cost. Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 9:00 am, with a late check-out available on request during the low season. Free cancellation is offered up to 14 days prior to arrival. Kitchen essentials and water are included upon arrival as a one-off provision. Bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Optional services available on request include a breakfast and bread roll service, room cleaning, and self-service access to the Montela Shop. Guests may also arrange for fine meat and cheese fondues to be delivered directly to the apartment, including a Fondue Chinoise or Glacier Fondue prepared with fresh, high-quality meat from the local butcher's, as well as a cheese fondue made from regional dairy produce served with fresh farmhouse bread from the in-house bakery. A tourist tax is payable locally and is not included in the rental price. During summer, from 01.06. to 31.10., the rate is CHF 7 per adult per night and CHF 3.50 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During winter, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years.
