This floor also provides access to a balcony and includes a bathroom with WC. The third upper floor mirrors the same bedroom configuration, with 2 rooms each offering 2 single beds of 90 cm by 190 cm, and 1 room with a French bed of 135 cm by 190 cm, along with balcony access and a third bathroom with WC. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
