During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., the holiday tax is CHF 7.- per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the applicable rates are CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. Parking is available approximately 600 metres from the property, and the landlord offers luggage transport from the parking area upon request, adding a welcome touch of convenience for arriving and departing guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
