This charming vacation rental is a 3-room terraced house spanning 60 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a bright, practical, and cosy atmosphere throughout. On the main level, the living and dining area is equipped with a dining table and opens directly onto a south-facing and west-facing terrace of 15 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. The open kitchen is situated in the entrance area and comes fully fitted. On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with an electric heater and a fan, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
