On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming atmosphere with elegant furnishings and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. A full bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor. The upper floor also benefits from its own entrance hall with air conditioning.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
