The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and offers access to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the same floor. The upper level houses two more bedrooms, each containing a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a shower and WC, with exits leading to the terrace.
