It features 2 bedrooms with twin beds that also have balconies and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. You will find 3 modern bathrooms, one of them has a private washer/drier available. The apartment has an open plan living-dining-cooking area with a alpine style living room that comes with a flatscreen-TV. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set and raclette oven. Wireless internet is also available. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Summer ski teams are NOT accepted in this apartment. We will cancel any booking of a ski team.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Saastalcard included. Final cleaning, bed linen and towel (except kitchen cleaning) included.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
