The Derby Penthouse Apartment, located on the top floor, is a refined and luminous space designed for up to 4 guests. It features a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a rainfall shower, WC, sink, and hairdryer. The open-plan kitchen and dining area flows naturally into a welcoming living room complete with a fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combi-microwave, oven, Bora induction stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set, and raclette oven. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and does not permit pets.

The Derby Apartment, situated on the second floor, is an equally elegant space accommodating up to 5 guests. It includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower, WC, sink, and hairdryer, as well as a triple room with bunk beds. An additional bathroom with a WC and shower is also available. The living and dining areas mirror the penthouse in style, featuring a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set, and raclette oven. This apartment is also strictly non-smoking, does not permit pets, and does not allow ski teams.

Other Information

A private and heated ski storage facility is available within the building, providing a secure and convenient space to store your equipment between outings. A shared laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer is also available in the building for the use of all guests. The Saastalcard is included with your stay, granting access to a wide range of local services and transportation. Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental, with the exception of kitchen cleaning. Holiday taxes apply and are to be paid on arrival in cash only. During the summer season, from 01.06. to 31.10., the applicable rate is CHF 7 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day.
