The ground floor also offers a well-appointed kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a separate WC and a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and WC.
On the lower ground floor, a second living area with a panoramic window includes a double sofabed and a TV, providing additional sleeping and relaxation space. This level features 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds.
