The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and elegant sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it well suited for shared occupancy. The third bedroom is a smaller room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each berth measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ideal for younger guests. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly into the living space, completing the functional and welcoming interior layout.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
