On the main level, the property welcomes you with a bright and generously proportioned living and dining room featuring a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a digital TV. This floor also includes a large kitchen equipped with a cooking island, a bar area, and a separate dining table, as well as a separate WC. The first bedroom on this floor is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm x 200 cm, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, a double hand-basin, and a digital TV, with direct access to the terrace.
