The large, open kitchen is fully appointed and features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table for casual meals.

The sleeping quarters are distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
