This area also has access to the patio. On the upper floor, there is a large lounge with a digital TV, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The villa features three double bedrooms, each with a French bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower/WC and double hand-basin, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another bedroom has a panoramic window, electric heating, and a fan, while the third bedroom has electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
