This level also includes a separate WC and a well-equipped open kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set. A pergola area on this floor features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a bathroom. Direct access from this level leads out to the garden.
The upper floor hosts a second living and dining room with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as an open-hearth fireplace. This floor also contains 1 private room with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a large open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and additional Nespresso capsules, as well as a shower and WC. A terrace with a south-west facing orientation is accessible directly from this level, offering marvellous views of the lake and the mountains.
