The flat is located on the second floor with with a south facing balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed. One of them a an additonal smaller bed for a child up to 10 years. It provides a shower/wc room with sink and hairdryer. The living room features an open plan kitchen with dining table and living area with a smart flatscreen TV. Free WiFi is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue and raclette set. The Alpine Express cable car is within 100 meters walking distance from House Perrine. The ski storage room is on the ground floor. A laundry room with the washer and dryer is also available in the building. The Perrine Garden Apartment is perfect for a small family up to 5 people. It is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. For all bookings during summer season; ALL the cables cars and buses in Saas Fee, Saas Almagell and Saas Grund are included in the rental rate (Excludes Metro Alpin and summer skiing). - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
