On the ground floor, a large living and dining room takes centre stage, featuring a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light, a dining table, and a bar area. From this level, direct access leads to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is also situated on this floor and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, though capsules are not included. A separate WC with a double hand-basin completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor houses all 5 bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC. The third bedroom is similarly configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions and a private shower and WC. The fourth bedroom contains 1 French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
