The living and sleeping area is fitted with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, and is furnished with 2 double sofabeds alongside a flat-screen television with international TV channels. The 1 dedicated double bedroom includes a dressing room, providing generous storage and a refined sense of comfort. The apartment also features 1 shower room with WC. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dining table and bar, creating a convivial space for meals and gatherings. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add warmth and style, while the setting offers a very beautiful view of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
