On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, furnished with taste and attention to detail, and offering direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower room with WC and a double hand-basin. An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living areas, and a separate WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, the remaining 4 bedrooms are arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the other 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as an additional shower room.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
