On the main level, an open-plan living and dining room with a cozy dining nook serves as the heart of the home, flowing naturally into a fully equipped open kitchen. From this level, you have direct access to both the balcony and the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the marvellous south-facing views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. On the lower ground floor, you will find the bathroom, which includes a shower and a separate WC. The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, where 1 small double bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An additional open room on the same floor is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
