On the ground floor, you are greeted by a beautifully and cosily furnished living and dining room featuring 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a kitchenette and a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find 2 characterful rooms with sloping ceilings: the first features 1 double bed, while the second is equipped with 2 single beds. A shower and WC complete the upper floor, serving as the property's 1 bathroom.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
