The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed over multiple levels to ensure both comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room equipped with a flat screen television, as well as a fully separate kitchen fitted with an oven, 1 induction hot plate, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and its own flat screen television. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

On the first upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a flat screen television. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor each feature 1 double bed, one measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and are served by a separate WC and a combined bath and shower bathroom.
