Situated on the 1st floor, the property features a welcoming living and dining area with direct access to a small balcony of 6 m2, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, creating a convivial and functional environment for your stay.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, there are 2 additional bedrooms: 1 small room with sloping ceilings containing a bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 further room with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper floor also features a bath with WC as well as a separate WC. Please be aware that the 3rd bedroom is located outside the apartment itself, in a finished basement space with a high window.
