This charming 4-room maisonette of 70 m2 is spread across multiple floors and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is situated on the 1st floor and features a welcoming living and dining room complete with a flat screen television, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A small balcony of 6 m2 extends from the living area, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains, and terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment outside.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, there are 2 additional bedrooms. The first is a small room with sloping ceilings containing 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper floor also includes a bath with WC as well as a separate WC. Please be aware that the 3rd bedroom is located outside the apartment itself, in a finished basement with a high window.
