A fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level, alongside 1 bedroom furnished with 2 beds. The ground floor also includes a shower room, a separate WC, and a sauna. On the upper floor, 3 rooms are arranged beneath charming sloping ceilings, each fitted with 2 beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A shower and WC are also available on this floor. The property benefits from a garden, a terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, a box-room for storage, and a private jetty. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the canal from the property.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
