On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is furnished in a comfortable and modern style and provides direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms along with a second shower room and a separate WC. The first of these rooms is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a private balcony. The second room on this floor contains a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third upper-floor bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A large south-facing terrace of 20 m2 completes the outdoor living space of this vacation rental, furnished with terrace furniture for your comfort and relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
