A sleeping alcove provides additional resting space with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional sleeping facility of the same dimensions, also 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located within open-plan spaces such as the gallery and the alcove. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area, completing the functional and compact design of this vacation rental.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
