The living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for all culinary needs. A separate WC completes the common areas. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 beds, each measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and air conditioning. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own shower with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden. The third bedroom is equally appointed with a French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower with WC, and air conditioning.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
