The living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for all culinary needs. A separate WC completes the common areas. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 beds, each measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and air conditioning. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own shower with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden.
