The ground floor also includes an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC.

The upper floor replicates this configuration entirely, offering a second living and dining room of 40 square meters with balcony access, 3 additional bedrooms each with a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower and WC, as well as a second open kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC. All bedrooms on both floors open onto a balcony, ensuring that natural light and outdoor access are available throughout the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
