You will be staying in a spacious, tasteful, and cozy 5-room chalet with 188 square meters of living space. The chalet features a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room opens up to a terrace with both north and west-facing positions, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful outdoor surroundings.

The chalet is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is free WiFi internet access available. The chalet also offers reserved parking and a garage that can accommodate up to two cars, with a height of 220 cm and a width of 520 cm. Furthermore, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (extra charge), a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise and cheese).

Other Information
The chalet features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for up to eight guests. One room has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm), a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin, with access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there is one room with two beds (90 cm, length 210 cm) and a shower/WC, as well as two additional rooms, each with two beds (90 cm, length 210 cm). The upper floor also has a bath/shower/WC. The chalet offers a large terrace with both north and west-facing positions, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture and two deck chairs, is provided for your convenience. Please note that the chalet is not suitable for small children under six years old and is a non-smoking property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
