Both the main bedroom and the top-floor room benefit from individual air conditioning units. The apartment also features a private terrace of 15 m2, furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
