The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 sofabed, and 1 bathroom. The spacious kitchen and living room area serves as the heart of the property, featuring a dining table and 1 additional sofabed, making it a versatile and welcoming space for the whole group. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower, and a separate WC is also available. Throughout the apartment, the interiors are finished with a tasteful combination of wooden floors and natural stone floors, all styled in a warm and inviting country house aesthetic. A private terrace of 20 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains, the resort, and the forest.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your comfort and entertainment, the living area includes a television with cable connectivity. Heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure a warm and comfortable stay during cooler periods. A fire extinguisher is also present on the premises for your safety.

The property is a non-smoking house, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. Parking for 1 car is available on site. Please be aware that the sofa bed cannot be pulled out.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
